I greatly enjoyed the amazingly comfortable room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. the hotel's setting was very central. - the venue was really close to the heart of Zlatibor.

SPA stuff was polite. Food was OK.
most uncomfortable bed ever. System of organizing the SPA reservations - should be improved. They do not accept AMEX cards even though they put it on Booked.net. Stuff is not managed good/you can feel the lack of Managers presence. SPA is not so equipped as I thought.

Very good service, delicious food, excellent wellness & spa facilities. Coming here for third time in three years.
Beds were not as comfortable as expected, however, there was definitely something wrong with the bed mattresses, at least in the room where I stayed (202)

Convenient hotel, I greatly enjoyed particularly good location and newly furnished rooms. I had different food for breakfast with local dishes. Good staff on the reception desk, gave a few recommendations. The venue was located in the middle of Zlatibor. There was cafe Akter, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
